The City of Lowell will offer free parking in all downtown garages except the Ayotte Garage (11 Post Office Square) on Saturday, November 25, to celebrate Small Business Saturday during City of Lights.

Parking Restrictions
No parking will be allowed on Jackson Street after 10AM on November 25. Street parking will not be allowed after 1PM in Downtown Lowell.
