PARADE
The annual City of Lights parade welcomes the holiday season with the arrival of Mr. and Mrs. Claus to light JFK Plaza and the Wannalancit smokestack.

FESTIVAL FUN
City of Lights is a family event with something for everyone. Main attractions include the Holiday Parade, Photos with Santa, a holiday movie screening at the Donahue Family Academic Arts Center and the annual hot chocolate and storefront decorating contests (vote for your favorite!).
FAMILY QUIET SPACES
In support of making the fun accessible to all Lowellians, a family quiet space will be available at Pollard Memorial Library during City of Lights from 1:30-4:30PM. This space is open to neurodivergent individuals, nursing parents, or those who may need a break.
