The City of Lights parade steps off from Jackson Street, turns left onto Central Street, and continues onto Merrimack Street. The parade ends on Arcand Drive.

Whether you catch the parade as it starts, or you prefer to watch the end, the City of Lights parade is sure to entertain all ages.

Parking Information & Street Closures

The following streets will have restricted parking / closures during Saturday, November 29th.

Jackson Street - No parking will be allowed after 10:00AM on Saturday, November 29th. Violators are subject to being ticketed and/or towed. Jackson Street will remain open to thru traffic until 1:00PM.

Arcand Drive, Central Street, Father Morissette Boulevard, Merrimack Street - No parking will be allowed after 1:00PM on Saturday, November 29th. Violators are subject to being ticketed and/or towed.

There will be free parking on Saturday, November 29, at all City garages in celebration of City of Lights & Small Business Saturday.
